Muntashir Khayalat-e-Iqbal is the Urdu translation of Allama Iqbal's personal diary Stray Reflections which issued in 1961 and compiled by Dr. Javid Iqbal. The preface of this book was written by Dr. Abdul Khaliq. The original handwriting of Allama Iqbal's script is also included. This book was introduced in the public on November 6, 2015 at Alhamra Art Gallery where Asrar-i-Khudi Art Exhibition was held on the occasion of 100 Years of Asrar-i-Khudi. The launching ceremony of 1st edition was held at Dabistan-i-Iqbal, Lahore on November 28, 2015.

• Muhammad Shoaib Siddiqui completed his research thesis for MPhil Urdu as "Stray Reflections Kay Tarajum Ka Taqabli Jaiza" under the supervision of Dr. Baseera Ambreen in 2019 from Oriental College, University of the Punjab, Lahore.
• Muhammad Sufyan completed his research thesis for MPhil Iqbal Studies as "Stray Reflections Kay Urdu Tarjuma 'Muntashir Khayalat-e-Iqbal' Ka Tehqeeqi-o-Tozeehi Mutalia" under the supervision of Dr. Muhammad Asghar Sial in 2024 from Islamia University, Bahawalpur.
