16th Allama Iqbal Stamp Show - 2018

To celebrate the 141st birth anniversary of Poet of the East, Allama Iqbal, The Literary Society of The University of Faisalabad organized Allama Iqbal Stamp Show and a seminar at their campus. The philatelic collection on Allama Iqbal by Mian Sajid Ali - Chairman of Allama Iqbal Stamps Society exhibited his collection on National Poet there. This event was inaugurated by the rector of the university, Dr. Zahir Javed Paracha at 10:00. He was shown his keen interest in the exhibition. The students and faculty members visited the stamp show. On 11:30, a seminar was held for Iqbal Day celebrations at Mukhtar Auditorium of the campus. The faculty of The University of Faisalabad presented a souvenir shield to Mian Sajid Ali and Dr. Afzal Hameed.
