To celebrate the 140th Birth Anniversary of Allama Iqbal, an event was held at Academic Block, A4, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Lahore. On this occasion Allama Iqbal Stamps Society displayed world's biggest philatelic collection on National Poet. At there, a book stall of Iqbal Academy Pakistan and collection on Iqbaliyat books also displayed. A seminar was also held there as "Iqbal Ka Tasawwur-e-Khudi", the guest speakers were Mian Iqbal Salahuddin and Tahir Hameed Tanoli. Mian Rashid Ali was the representative on behalf of Allama Iqbal Stamps Society. The students of LUMS paid tribute to Allama Iqbal by singing his poetry.
