The 3rd Allama Iqbal Stamp Show - 2011 held on Iqbal Day, November 9, 2011 at Allama Iqbal's Tomb, Lahore organized by Mian Sajid Ali of Allama Iqbal Stamps Society. Collection on 7 frames (112 pages) displayed here which attracted people of all kinds. Due to Eid-ul-Azha (3rd day of Eid) holidays on this day, more than 50,000 people visited the exhibition and Mazar-e-Iqbal and also the surrounding historical places. This exhibition became the first stamp exhibition in Pakistan which visited by more than 50,000 people on just a one day. Crowd of all ages and kinds came to see the exhibition including politicians, journalists, philatelists, students etc. Allama Iqbal Stamps Society issued a souvenir cover and commemorative post mark on 3rd Allama Iqbal Stamp Show - 2011. The jointly images of Allama Iqbal and his tomb first time appeared on post mark and souvenir cover. Mazar-e-Iqbal never printed before on any post mark and envelope in the history of philately. This stamp show inaugurated by Mr. Munib Iqbal (Grandson of Allama Iqbal). A couplet of poetry from Bal-e-Jabreel printed on the souvenir cover which highlighted the Eid-ul-Azha's concept of National Poet. Many people like the chosen poetry on the envelope. Pakistan Television telecast a package about collection of philately on Allama Iqbal of Mian Sajid Ali, on Iqbal Day - 2011 in her detail news on several timings. A coverage report on  full page of philatelic items also printed in Daily Pakistan Today (Lahore Edition) on November 10, 2011. This was the third consecutive stamp exhibition on Allama Iqbal on his birth anniversary at his tomb. Allama Iqbal Stamps Society completes her hat-trick of such a historic event at the most historic and beautiful place of the country. First time, Mian Sajid Ali displayed the signed photographs of both children of Allama Iqbal (Javid Iqbal & Munira Salahuddin) in his exhibition which were taken on that day when Allama Iqbal passed away on April 21, 1938 at Javid Manzil, Lahore.
